#HerWeek: A Private Return. 🌹
Share
Our monthly practice of coming back to ourselves...alone but together.
Okay, before we start anything…
This IS NOT a challenge.
It’s not something to complete or “get right”.
It’s a decision…to step back, get quiet, stop performing your life and actually sit in it for a second.
If you’re anything like me, you have to pencil self care into your schedule and THAT IS FINE as long as you’re actually doing it. #HERWEEK, primarily named #MEWEEK, is a week I created to specifically dedicate to my SELF RETURN, this includes self-care, self-reflection and self-evaluation. #HERWEEK is where I gift myself the last week of each month for intentional rest, reflection, reorganization, evaluation and simply enjoy and tend to ME without the pressures of the outside world. Now, I am sharing my intentional practice with you.
HER WEEK is the last week of each month, now only in The Booth. 🎙🌹
A protected pause.
A soft exit from the noise…and a conscious return to yourself.
No pressure to be productive or turn it into a transformation story.
Just space to rest, notice and be honest about where you are without trying to fix it immediately.
This is where you come back to your body, your thoughts and your truth…without interruption. 🌹
What #HerWeek Can Look Like
Not rules. Just invitations.
-
Logging out a little more than usual (not disappearing… just less available)
-
Letting your body rest before it crashes
-
Sitting with yourself without reaching for distractions right away
-
Reorganizing your space…slowly, intentionally (as a reflection of what you’re ready to shift internally)
-
Reflecting on the month without rushing to judge it (Noticing what felt good… and what didn’t)
-
Moving at your own pace (even if that pace is “I didn’t do much this month/week/day”)
-
Exploring The Stu and other Studiio Spaces…differently (reading slower, responding when it’s real, not reactive)
-
Spending time outside…even if it’s just standing still for a few minutes
-
Letting something be unfinished or incomplete for a while.

📝 A Few #HerWeek Prompts
No overthinking. Just answer what lands.
-
What am I tired of carrying that isn’t mine anymore?
-
Where did I abandon myself this month?
-
Where did I choose myself…even a little?
-
What felt forced…and why did it feel unfamiliar?
-
Who am I when I’m not managing everything or everyone?
Self-Return Affirmation:
Caring for myself requires honesty. Not performance.

A Reminder From Paris. đź’Ś
I’m not here to hold your hand through this but I am here with you.
There’s a difference.
You don’t need to prove that you can do this alone.
You already have been.
This is about choosing to do it with yourself instead.
On purpose.
